The name “Jiang-Flavor Chinese Spirits” was given due to its scent resembling that of fermented soybean paste, but with a stronger and more intricate aroma than soy sauce. Its aroma is said to be deep, elegant, and richly graceful, which in turn relates to its flavor. While being intensely salty, bitter, stimulating, and sweet, these tastes blend together harmoniously. The better the product, the purer and more delicate its scent and taste feel. Moreover, Jiang-Flavor liquor is richer and fuller in flavor than other types of liquor, because it contains a greater variety of chemical substances that determine its aroma and taste than that of clear and rich rice wine and distilled liquor.
The diverse flavors and depth of Jiang-Flavor Chinese Spirits are fully matured and harmonized after a maturation period of over 3 years. When a glass is emptied, it is said to emit a pleasant scent that can last for a long time. This is one of the significant characteristics of Jiang-Flavor Chinese Spirits and it can last for several hours or even the next day.
